- Uploaded files travel on the corporate backbone and remain within the internal information technology environment
- Password-protected methods or secure network encryption technology can be used during file uploading
- The EP Copy Center is behind the firewall to ensure security of electronically transferred data and its digital output
- Document spoilage is closely controlled and secure destruction for spoilage can be arranged
